Terms of Service

We provide software development, website development, web applications, mobile applications, and related digital solutions based on the requirements agreed upon in the RSIPL Requirement Form.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate project specifications, content, and required information before development begins. Any additional requirements beyond the approved scope may incur additional charges.

Project timelines are estimated after reviewing the project requirements. Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or additional requests from the client may affect the delivery schedule.

Clients are expected to review and test the delivered solution. Once approved, the project is considered accepted. Requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.

Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Any additional features or changes beyond the approved scope will be billed separately.

We provide complimentary support and maintenance for the initial support period after project implementation. Continued maintenance services are available under separate maintenance agreements.

Clients agree to use all software, websites, and applications only for lawful purposes. Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited shall not be responsible for any unlawful use of the delivered products.
