Terms of Service

Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited provides professional software development, website development, web application development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud-based solutions, maintenance, and other digital technology services. Every project is executed according to the mutually agreed project requirements, specifications, and scope defined in the RSIPL Requirement Form. Any services requested beyond the approved scope shall be considered additional work and may require a separate quotation, revised timeline, and written approval from both parties before implementation.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely project requirements, including business objectives, content, images, branding materials, technical specifications, and any other resources required for development. Delays in providing the necessary information may impact project timelines. Once the project scope has been finalized and approved, any new features, modifications, or additional requirements requested during development may be treated as out-of-scope work and will be subject to additional cost and delivery time.

Estimated project delivery timelines are determined after reviewing the project requirements and confirming the scope of work. While we strive to complete every project within the agreed schedule, delivery dates may change due to delayed client approvals, incomplete information, changes in project requirements, third-party service dependencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients will be informed promptly if any adjustments to the delivery schedule become necessary.

Upon completion of development, clients are expected to thoroughly review and test the delivered software, website, or application to ensure it meets the agreed specifications. Any issues or required corrections should be communicated in writing during the testing phase. Once written approval or final acceptance is provided, the project will be considered successfully delivered. Requests for new features, design changes, or functionality outside the approved scope after acceptance may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

Payments shall be made according to the payment schedule mutually agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Development work may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Remaining payments shall be made according to the project milestones or delivery stages. Any additional functionality, revisions beyond the approved scope, or extended services requested by the client will be quoted separately and invoiced accordingly. Failure to make payments on time may result in temporary suspension of project activities until outstanding dues are cleared.

Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited provides complimentary technical support and maintenance for the initial support period following successful project implementation, as specified in the service agreement. This support covers resolving technical issues, bug fixes, and guidance related to the delivered solution. Requests involving new features, functional enhancements, redesign, integrations, or significant modifications are not included in free support and may require a separate maintenance agreement or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

Clients agree to use all software, websites, web applications, mobile applications, and related digital products developed by Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited solely for lawful and ethical purposes. Clients shall not use our services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities that violate applicable local, national, or international laws. Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any misuse, unlawful operation, or unauthorized modification of the delivered products by the client or any third party after project delivery.
