All official communications, project approvals, change requests, technical discussions, quotations, invoices, and documentation exchanged through the registered email address or other approved communication channels shall be considered valid records. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information throughout the project. Delays in responding to requests for approvals, feedback, or required information may affect the project timeline and delivery schedule.

Neither Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited nor the client shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performing contractual obligations when such delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control. These circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, government regulations, internet or power outages, labour disputes, cyber attacks, war, civil unrest, or any other unforeseen events that prevent the normal execution of services. Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such events and resume project activities as soon as practicably possible.

All agreements, services, and business transactions with Rudram Soft Innovation Private Limited shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, disagreement, or legal proceeding arising from the use of our services or project agreements shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through mutual discussion before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all project deliverables, documentation, designs, source code, and digital assets developed for the client remain subject to the agreed contractual terms. Ownership and usage rights are transferred according to the project agreement upon completion of the applicable payment obligations.

Every project undergoes structured quality assurance procedures, including functionality testing, performance verification, security checks, and client review before final delivery.
