Every project undertaken by RSIPL follows a defined documentation trail. This ensures that both our team and our clients have a shared, verifiable record of requirements, decisions, and deliverables at every stage of development.

How Documentation Flows Through a Project

Step 1 — Requirement Capture

The RSIPL Form is filled out jointly with the client to record initial needs.

Step 2 — Scope Definition

Scope of Work and Feature Specifications are drafted and shared for review.

Step 3 — Timeline Agreement

A Delivery Timeline is finalized and approved by the client.

Step 4 — Development & Approvals

Work proceeds in stages, with Client Approvals collected at checkpoints.

Step 5 — Testing

Testing Reports are generated and issues are tracked to resolution.

Step 6 — Handover & Support

Project Handover documents are delivered along with Support & Maintenance terms.
