1. Free Delivery Eligibility

• Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
• First Order with Registration:

Free delivery shall be provided on the first order placed at the time of registration, subject to a minimum purchase of 2000 BV or more.

• Individual Orders:

All individual orders having a minimum value of Rs. 2,500/- (Distributor Price – D.P.) or above shall be eligible for Free Delivery across India.

2. Standard Courier Charges

• All subsequent orders weighing up to 900 grams shall attract a courier charge of Rs. 80/- per shipment (All Over India).
• For orders exceeding 900 grams, additional courier charges may apply depending on weight and location.

3. ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Charges

• Additional courier charges shall be applicable for deliveries to selected pin codes categorized as ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations.
• Such additional charges, if any, shall be informed at the time of order processing.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Orders shall be processed and dispatched within standard business timelines.
• Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Important Delivery Instructions

• Distributors are advised to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.
• If the packaging is tampered with, damaged, or opened, the Distributor must:
  • Refuse to accept the delivery immediately, and Inform the Company without delay by contacting the office.

Failure to report such issues at the time of delivery may affect claims for replacement or compensation.
