Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- If delivery is delayed beyond the committed timeline, the customer may cancel the order and claim a refund.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] with order details.
2. Return & Refund (4-5 business days.)
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
- Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving.
- Products must be in original, sealed, unused, and saleable condition along with invoice.
- Shipping or transaction charges, if applicable and disclosed at the time of purchase, may be deducted.
3. Replacement / Voucher for Distributors
- Replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days
- If a product is found damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied, the Company will replace the product free of cost, subject to verification.
- If the Distributor does not wish to receive the same product, the Company may issue a Cash Voucher of equivalent amount (Zero PV/BV).
- The voucher:
- Will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Can be used to purchase products of choice.
- Will not be redeemable for cash.
4. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened, used, tampered, or broken-seal products are non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect.
5. Claim Process
To initiate cancellation, return, or replacement:

- Provide Name, Order/Invoice No., Reason, and Photos (if damaged/defective).
6. Compliance
- This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Government of India.
